Hi there!! My name is Jasmine, and I’m a lover of all things sweet! This is my little confectionary business, where I bake deliciously petite meringue cookies just for you and your loved ones! I operate out of my home kitchen, located in Aurora, CO. I originally started baking meringues about 15 years ago, as a treat for my younger siblings. Then, I began making them as gifts for my friends. And now I have begun my small business owner journey, selling my meringues to whomever is craving something sweet and baked with love. :)
Ladybug is my lovely labradoodle and partner in crime- she’s the sweet girl I named the business after!
What even are meringues, you might ask?
Meringues are sweet treats that are European in origin. They are sometimes considered cookies, sometimes considered candy-try one and decide for yourself! Meringues are made of whipped egg whites and sugar, mixed with some flavoring and baked at a low temp until total dehydration. They are light weight and airy, with a gentle crunch. They literally melt in your mouth, and their sweet flavors can become quite addicting!
